Easter Bunny Bait

This is one of those recipes that once I make it, I CAN’T. STOP. EATING. IT.

Some people call it white chocolate crack, and I can see why. It’s so delicious, easy to make, and makes the perfect little treat bags for friends. I love all the pastel colors, and it makes me so excited for Easter!

My favorite thing about a recipe like this is that you can add whatever ingredients you have on hand. You can substitute the pretzels for popcorn, add in different chocolate candies, or different colored sprinkles and M&M’s for every holiday and occasion. I make it every season!

How to:

  1. Combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, and bunny grahams in a large bowl.

  2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!

  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the chex/pretzel mix and toss to combine.

  4. Add in M&M’s and sprinkles, saving some for topping at the end. Toss to combine.

  5. Pour onto 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper, and sprinkle more M&M’s and sprinkles on top. Let harden completely before serving.
